Welcome to Secret Lengths! Secret lengths is a hair extension salon based in Newcastle upon Tyne.
We understand how hair extensions can give you so much more confidence and at Secret Lengths we want to use our knowledge and experience to help you choose the right method, length and thickness to give you that confidence in yourself and make you feel amazing. We listen to our clients’ needs throughout our consultation process and we will go above and beyond making sure you leave the salon feeling the best you’ve ever felt when leaving a salon. We are true perfectionists and I’m sure our loyal client base can vouch for that!
We understand how difficult it is finding high quality hair extensions that last and that is why we only use the top quality hair on our clients . In 2017 the owner Luci was recognised nationally as a Remi Cachet Super stylist, the only Super Stylist in Newcastle upon Tyne, so you can feel 100% confident that you are safe and in highly knowledgeable hands. We have also been nominated for awards such as “Best Hair Extension Salon” at the English Hair and Beauty awards and judged on the panel of Miss Tyne and Wear all adding to our brand recognition.
At Secret Lengths we pride ourselves on using only the highest quality products to suit your budget. Our main hair range is Remi Cachet, specialising in Hollywood Weave, Mini Locks, Ultra Tips and Tape extensions. We are also the only salon in Newcastle to offer Richy tape hair extensions, worn by Danni Dyer, Jlo and the Victoria Secret models.
In 2019 Luci opened her new super salon on Chillingham Road, Newcastle having outgrew the smaller Jesmond salon. The salon has been recognised in top salons magazines and Living North for the salon interior and style. The business continues to grow with Luci now opening her very own training academy.

Owner of Secret Lengths and hair extension specialist. Luci has over 10 years hairdressing experience and is a qualified hairdresser and hair extensionist. Luci has been a Remi Cachet Super Stylist for 4 years and is a hair perfectionist!
Lyndsey has worked in the hairdressing sector for over 15 years and was trained by Tony & Guy. She has worked at some of the best city centre salons and prides herself on her colouring work. Lyndsey’s speciality is babylights and those perfect brunettes!
Our hair extension specialist trained by Luci. Lilly is a perfectionist when it comes to her fittings and styling. Lilly offers all hair extensions methods.
Offering both colouring and hair extensions Dionne is a super busy stylist! Dionne has been hairdressing for over 15 years and has a massive hair knowledge. Dionne’s speciality is balayage and babylights, she is also amazing at styling and hair ups and loves doing bridal hair!
Sarah is a fully qualified Make up Artist with over 7 years experience. She has worked for MAC Cosmetics for a number of years and has recently graduated with a First Class degree in Specialist Hair and Media Make up. Sarah has experience working on film sets, modelling competitions and campaigns and specialises in occasion makeup and bridal.
Shannen began her makeup career at Mac Cosmetics. She is a qualified and seasoned MUA who specialises in all makeup applications and lessons for any occasion. The more creative the better as she also has expertise in body art and face paint.
