You will be trained to the highest standard, receive accredited certification which will allow you to be insured by all major insurance companies. Our group and 1-1 courses come with a full training manual and your very own professional hair extensions kit ready to start your new career. You will have complete support throughout your course and Luci will be there for any help or advice once you’ve qualified to. You will also get advice on what you need to get started in running your own business, social media help and how to get those perfect pictures.

Our group courses are held once a month in our super salon based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will have two trainers per course who will help and guide you throughout the course so you understand your training and you will leave with the highest knowledge of hair extensions confident to start your new career. Our group courses are ran over 2 days.

Individual hair extension training working on dolls head

LEARN 3 METHODS OF HAIR

Our 1-1 courses are held once a month in our super salon in Newcastle over 2 days. You will learn 1-1 with Luci the owner of Secret Lengths and you will be able to learn all her tricks and secrets in a 1-1 learning environment. Learning 3 methods of hair extensions including individuals, weft and tapes.
Our 1-1 course will allow you to see how Luci fits her extensions and mirror them with full support and guidance from Luci herself. This course is created to cater for each and every skill level in mind so if you’ve never done any hairdressing previously or if you’re already a qualified hairdresser we can work around your skill level on this course. We will listen to your specifications so if you would prefer to spend more time learning a certain method that is up to you, this course is catered around you as an individual.
Luci will share with you all her hair secrets, show you how to create her famous princess curls and guide you on how to start your own hair extension business.
You will leave this course feeling super confident and ready to begin your career as a hair extensionist. On completing this course, you will leave with your full hair extension kit, training manual and your fully accredited certificate. You will need to provide a model for day 2 of the course.

Our refresher courses are designed for students who have completed hair extension courses previously or are already working in the hairdressing sector and they want to learn 1 single method or to refresh their skills. You can choose your course from:
WEFT | INDIVIDUALS | TAPES
The course will be held in our super salon based in Newcastle over 1 day running from 11am-3pm. This course will allow you to leave confident in your chosen method and with a fully accredited certificate ready to offer this extra service to your clients.
All students will be required to carry out 2 case studies for each method once you have completed your course. Once your case studies have been completed and signed off you will receive your accredited certificate which will then mean you can begin your new career in hair extensions.
Models are required for group and 1-1 courses if you are unable to provide a model you will use your dolls head.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Course alterations or cancellations:
If you wish to change or amend your course, please request via email at least 14 days before the course date. There will be no guarantee, so we suggest that you are confident with your booking. Any changes made outside this time frame will result in extra payment. All deposits paid are non-refundable.
Payments: a 50% deposit is taken to secure your space on the course and the remaining balance is due on the course day. All courses are non- refundable.
It is advised all students discuss course suitability with the tutor before booking and attending. The final decision on whether the course is suitable will remain with the customer.
